Context of the project
Monitoring trainers activities is one of the differentiating axes of OFPPT professional training establishments. Several management and follow-up actions have been put in place for the management of trainers assignments to the different groups, sectors and modules. Among these actions, we cite: – The Text Book : It aims to provide daily monitoring of the module training sessions for each sector / group. The assignment of modules to each trainer, the management of progress on the courses are currently carried out. This implies a significant workload, a risk of losing the textbook, and sometimes a risk of lack of history, archives and difficulties in finding the hours worked for each trainer.Objective of the project
The objective of the project is to solve the problems linked to the trainer management and to facilitate the transmission and the safeguarding of data by the development of a web application to computerize this process.Target Addressed By Project
The application targets small and medium-sized OFPPT establishments.
